regret that it is normally not possible to book
a property without a deposit. The deposit amount
will depend upon the
property, but does not
normally exceed 20-40%
of the total cost except
for very short stays of 1-3 nights, where the
total due may be required. You
may already have been advised of the total and
the required deposit amount, or you wish to
book immediately to securely reserve your first
choice and avoid possible disappointment.

your credit card details. If you are unable
to use a credit card, bank/wire transfer,
bank cheque or any other means convenient to
you may be used, however
there will be a delay in confirming arrangements
when paying in this manner. Please view

is very highly recommended that you supply us
with a telephone number. For various reasons
(spam filtering, technical issues, incorrect
e-mail address) sometimes we may be unable to
contact you by e-mail with some important communication.
**Please
note that special requests made now are not
guaranteed unless availability has been pre-confirmed
to you, also in most cases these will incur
an extra cost over what may have already been
quoted for a standard reservation. Unless you
specifically tell us that the booking is conditional
depending on the availability of your special
request, we will proceed with your booking on
an "if available" and "at revised
additional cost" (if applicable) basis. |
